Together, we are facing an unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus is affecting all of us, our families, our employees, our businesses, and our way of life.
During this time, we want to assure you that SASSO will continue to provide you the very best products and services, to the best of our capabilities. Despite the restrictions that are imposed because of COVID-19, we are continuously dedicated to support our customers with the right technical service adapted to your needs all over the world.
The use of digital technologies mostly helps us to stay closely connected with you during this period. Since May we held a couple of webinars to keep you informed about what’s going on at our company but also provide you technical support to help you manage the best birds. We also replaced technical visits with videoconferencing focused on each of our customers. Teaching is very important, and we continue to provide you the necessary training regularly, even from a distance.
Even more today, your current business, linked to this sanitary situation, is very different from a region to another. Travelling around the world will not be possible in the near future. That is why we have created virtual sales tours. Each of our sales and technical representatives will schedule digital appointments with all its customers from a same region during a whole week, as he would have done physically by travelling to each of you.
